You must uncheck "hide protected system files" in folder options. My is 14 mb. Weird, cos' there are several Logs files, and they all have the same data [look attachment] edit: maybe these files are from beta (log files?), so MRK, you didn't have beta installed? As was posted on the official Windows Live Messenger blog, the entire folder is safe to delete.
