Opera backup

Is there a way to export your entire profile [bookmarks, settings, passwords, cookies, etc] to one file for backup?

Meh. I just create a batch file that copies my Application Data/Opera folder to somewhere else as well as C:\program files\opera.

My Application Data folder is included in my backup so every program that I use will automatically have their settings backed up when I burn Application Data and My Documents to DVD :)
