Flock Screencast

Just saw this over on the Flock site, it is a nicely done "Review and usage" video on Flock Beta 1 that was done about a week ago or so over on www.screencastsonline.com

It's 60 megs, pretty decent res and runs for 30 mins (?!)

If you are interested in Flock and haven't tried it yet, or want to check it out but aren't sure if you'd like it, download this puppy and check it out. Since I've been pimping Flock for weeks now, I must continue to do so. Sorry! :p
