New iPod nano (8GB Black) Review

Recommended Posts

It was odd Storm, i hate iPods, a lot, but since i have a Mac, and love to listen to my music, had to sell my Creative Zen Vision:M to get an iPod just so i can use iTunes to sync without any 3rd party software etc i was in town, didnt think about getting an iPod, quickly nipped into Currys, and went up to the guy and said i'll take that, got out of the store, was like 'errr i just got an iPod'....Anyway, its a really nice design, small, light weight, seems quite durable. Sound quality, quite poor, but that was expected, since having a Creative and iRiver in the past. It will do me for now :)

how did you manage a free of charge trade in?
Well, I only got my Nano about 2 months ago. So I just brought it in with the reciept and said I wasn't happy with it, and I would like to try the new one instead. Actually first I traded it for a Creative Zen V, but my PC was unable to find the drivers for some reason. I looked on the Creative foums and found this is a somewhat common problem, so I just brought the Creative back and traded it for the new Nano. Even got about $40 store credit  .

It's very easy to return things at large chain stores. Just be assertive, and if they argue, ask to talk to the manager. I also traded my 1st gen DS for a DS Lite at Wallmart with no reciept :p .

Target and Costco probably have the best return policies around. At Costco, you can literally returns things w/o receipts.

I had heard the same thing of their UK returns policy too. People have attached a receipt to a back of a microwave and when it went wrong about 4 years later took it back and got a new one.

Costco rocks. My mum has returned her iron about eight times because it keeps breaking, and Costco just take it back. Which is why people love them because they do not give you hassle.

I do not think the UK Costco sell's iPod's though does it?

The Costco food is awesome as well!

I picked one up friday and I'm loving it, I still haven't come close to using all 8 gigs.

The screen has a screen protector on it :)

For those wondering, the new earbuds fit better than the old ones and they do block out sound alot.

ive got the Green Nano, and here are the pics if you wanted to see the comparison with the mini :]

The new ipods look so cheap and nasty.

At least the old mini had scroll wheel controls that were colour matched with the ipod. These days the controls are either black or grey regardless of the colour of the ipod.

With features like HTTPS Everywhere and built-in tracker blocking, Brave keeps your online activities safe from prying eyes. Brave is one of the safest browsers on the market today. It blocks third-party data storage. It protects from browser fingerprinting. And it does all this by default. Speed - Brave is built on Chromium, the same technology that powers Google Chrome, and is optimized for speed, providing a fast and responsive browsing experience. Brave Browser also features Brave Rewards, a system that rewards users with Basic Attention Tokens (BAT) for viewing opt-in ads. This innovative system provides an alternative revenue model for content creators and a way to support the Brave community. SlimBrave Neo takes all the good things about Brave and makes them even better by keeping everything clean, light, and privacy-focused. It removes the extra clutter, turns off features you might not need, and cuts down on anything that could slow you down or collect unnecessary data. Because it relies on simple settings and policies instead of modifying the browser itself, you still get full Brave compatibility—just in a smoother, lighter, and more privacy-friendly package.
