use that and then just go to the control panel and change the theme (make sure you put the theme in c:\windows\resources\themes

I have these themes. But these looks setup programs. Should I install them? Because previously when I installed them my pc speed was very slowed down by it and after I tried to uninstall them, don't know what happened and my winXp crashed. I had to install new winXP.

I m thinking of having one program running and then many themes can be applied by it. Can you suggest some program like that which will probably not slow down the computer?

^^ Bloody hell man, those VS downloads look like they came from ThemeXP.org. If so, I'll suggest refraining from downloading off that site from now on. They package ad/spyware into their installers for their downloads, nevermind their gallery looks utterly gaudy - probably worse than the worst from WinCustomize. In the future, rely on downloads from either this forum, DeviantArt's gallery, customize.org's gallery, etc.

Run a spyware scan on your system. See if that helps.
