Jericho is the most DVR'd show and if went by that we would have a 3rd season but sadly it doesn't, the reason the ratings were low was probably the time it was on 10 was late for a show like that.

Yup. I have to DVR Jericho, LOST, Eli, BSG most of the time... I have to get up for work by 4am... staying up till 11 usually isn't good for me.

It'd be nice if SciFi picked up Jericho, but doesn't look like that'll happen.

Eh, I thought Stargate Atlantis was the most DVR'ed show on TV? I know it's the most DVR'ed show on Sci-Fi at the very least...

And it sucks CBS canned it yet again. But I didn't like this 2nd season so far much, the first couple episodes were good, but after that it just didn't feel "fresh" anymore. Sigh.

Yeah its the biggest DVR'd show on CBS at least because people purely don't want to wait up till 10pm to watch it but anyway its gone and tomorrows finale will answer everything!...I hope!

I'm so tired of these networks canceling good shows based on flawed Nielsen Ratings. People today don't have the time to sit in front of a television at time the show airs and watch it. They either DVR/Download/Stream it at a later date. If these networks had half a brain, they would setup polls on their web sites asking viewers to vote to keep the show, or even text in their vote. They use that precious little space at the bottom of the TV to announce other crap why not use it to ask viewers to vote.

Don't they look at DVR ratings before axing a show>?

No they look at Nielsen ratings instead which really don't count for anything but its not just America UK seem to matter about ratings as well doesn't matter how much cult following the show has.

It should be able to rise from the ashes; I'm sure another network will pick it up. Aren't Sci-Fi in talks or something?

I mean come on wouldn't the "Next American Civil War" make great TV viewing I mean come on what a great ending storyline, they cannot leave it at that!

Yeah I think that would be awesome, CW and Sci-Fi are interested and are preparing offers.

It would be great if some other network would pick it up.

The show kind of still ended with a cliffhanger. "Smith" is still out there and Chavez, in the last scene, when Jake turned his back on him seemed to the up to something. The way he looked at Jake.

But maybe I'm just reading to much into it :p

It falls at a bad time for me so I have to TiVo it and watch it the next day. I love the show.

I know, I know, we've all heard those words before. It seems that every other show that gets canceled these days has a "could it come back on another network?" addendum, a glimmer of hope that somehow, some way, a show that had a small but loyal following will actually survive. Unfortunately, 9.9 times out of 10 it doesn't happen.

But it could happen to Jericho. According to Brian Stelter at The New York Times, CBS/Paramount execs have been having secret talks with Comcast (yes, Comcast) about doing something with the show for a third season. Now, this might seem like an odd, desperate play for another season if it wasn't for the fact that NBC has already done something very similar to this with DirecTV, twice. First they had a deal with the satellite provider to air Passions, but that was a big bust (sorry, Passions fans), but they have a new deal to air another season of Friday Night Lights. The new season will start airing on DirecTV in October, and then repeats will air on NBC in early 2009.

This is by no means a done deal. Just because NBC did it with Friday Night Lights doesn't mean this is going to become a natural thing. But it's good to see that we now have other outlets for TV shows that have an audience, just not an audience that's big enough to warrant being on in prime time on the major networks. We now have cable, satellite, the web. Hell, maybe at some point the networks will give all the rights to a show to a really rich person like Bill Gates and private citizens can start producing TV shows and put them online.

I know, I know, you're thinking to yourself, "I thought we went through this already and Jericho has been officially, definitely, and finally canceled by CBS?" Oh, silly people!

Jericho fans just won't quit. The "Save Jericho" people have erected a billboard on Ventura Blvd. in Los Angeles. It looks like a real estate ad, with a sign that says "TV Show For Sale," and includes the CBS phone number and the URL for a web site. They're looking for a new home for the show, and if it's not CBS then maybe The Sci-Fi Channel or another cable network.

Now, I sort of rolled my eyes at this, but what makes it a little bit more confusing is that Jericho producers Carol Barbee and Jon Steinberg called into a radio show during Jerichon and said that they were having meetings with various people and that they were optimistic. Huh?!

Ah works now, I liked the alternate ending, gives them something to actually do if a new season comes about and opens up the story quite well. I really hope that it doesn't come back though - its not worth it and it will not be as good as Season 1, we only wanted to see how these people of the city survive and collate and group and discover the mysteries of the cause of the explosion and experience the emotions that these people were having, I don't think I'll be really interested in seeing a new season on an American civil war as much.

    • DriversCloud 12.1.6 by Razvan Serea With DriversCloud (formerly My-Config.com), you can explore your computer easily, safely and free. The application quickly scans your PC and identifies the hardware and software components. DriversCloud then establishes a list of the different drivers compatible with your OS and hardware. Download the drivers needed for the proper functioning of your computer. To detect your drivers, DriversCloud also displays a detailed summary of your hardware and software configuration, analyzes your BSOD, monitors in real-time your PC voltages and temperatures and lets you share your configuration online. Once the hardware components have been detected, you will be able to obtain with just a few clicks the latest drivers corresponding to the identified hardware. You can record your configuration on the site for free, and can get the corresponding URL to post the configuration to technical forums, e-mail and social networks. You can also download the detection result (the configuration) as a PDF file. To protect the user's privacy and data confidentiality, a 4-level confidentiality system was created that filters the XML marks and gives control to the user. The default level can be modified in the preferences. Using the maximum level will prevent the user from publishing his configuration and generating a corresponding PDF file. In non-connected mode, each XML configuration is stored on the server for one day (for practical reasons). However, you are given the opportunity to manually delete it. Created in 2004, and continually improved, My-Config.com has established itself on the web as a free service to PC users running Windows and Linux operating systems. The service is designed to work with the most common Internet browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
