first of all, congrats to vykranth for cracking 30K!!!! :fun:

and nice going to pheis, who i believe finally made it to the gold spots with over 21K.

Thanks, Neo. Congratulations too for PiracyXXX who also broke the 30K barrier.

So, Slane and UnderxOath, what is taking you so long to get there and come to the Triple 10K club?

You are as good as me. It just take will, dedication and an Elite Ancestral Sword of Slaughter. Damn, I may have been playing Too Human way too much.

Hey, what's all this about? Guess I'll join in. ;)

Recently finished 1000/1000 in Eternal Sonata. Most games grow on me the more I play them and I often end up enjoying a game I otherwise would have disliked were it not going for the points. Not this one. I love a good JRPG, but this just wasn't one. Now onto playing Lost Odyssey, and it's much better thus far.

good work underoath, i don't think the gamefly thing will slow you down, there are tons of games worth buying coming out anyway.

i've been without my 360 for the last week, and i have to say i'm getting blue-hands quick. hopefully this weekend will see a comeback, maybe with a new game even.

at any rate, time for you sticks to post more, it's getting awful quiet in here.

I'm in love with Too Human game is amazing. I'm sure this weekend I will get some mroe NBA 2k8 achievements and cancel the service for now, need the money for Gears of War 2. Also getting the new Halo 3 achievements as well.

glad you enjoy too human, it's a decent game if not outright spectacular. i enjoyed it as well.

but gentlemen, now it's officially the holiday gaming season...because i say so. therefore and thus i propose these goals: 3 million points and 500K achieves by Jan 1st! is that realistic? my own goal is 30K by Jan 1st!

ok get to it, i'll be down at the Starbucks eating a bucket of that hot oatmeal stuff they have now.

EDIT: they must be putting something in that goop...my brain's frazzled. i meant 200K achieves, but it now seems too low for you troops...make it 250K. carry on.

My goal is 30k as well which I'm sure I can get if I put some effort into these two games I still have sitting next to me.

I really don't want to play NFL Tour and NBA 2K8 anymore though.

i think you should change your name to underachiever...30K in three months? are you kidding me? you can be at that in a month at the rate you were going, easily. me on the other hand...well, seems to be going slow these days.

Woah, Nelly! Neo, we are only at 106K. Going to 200K as we are 220 would require that everyone slash thru more than 420 achievements in 3 months. That's a huge heap of games to play.

Let's say 125K achievements, shall we?

You can do it, UND3RxOATH. It's just Elbow grease. Look at me, 1000 points in two weeks ...

vyk, wanted to note your fast progress - look at you, you're rolling all over the competition, it's like you're a Agent Vykranth or something, they fire whole clips at ya and hit nothin but wall. :punk:

1K in two weeks is pretty good. i typically manage 1K in a month but recently it's been quite impossible to get any sort of quality time with the 360.

anyway, let's not get lazy - 420 achieves per person is only like nine games, right? we'll be able to do that. heh ok let's make it 150K.

underoath, don't let those teenage hormones drive you nuts. you're either a gamer or you're not. i think you are.

and slane, 12 games? right on, now we can make 200K achieves easy. that's some savings, son.

What? You got to fill me in on this.

Grab an easy 35 last night (one achievement), finally hit rank 25 (General) in Bad Company. Just waiting for Fable II mostly. Friend bough Bioshock and once he done with it I'll take it from him, and do those points while waiting for Fable. Think I'm going to head up to blockbuster and grab an easy game to complete and boost my score a bit, or finish up some older games. Can't decide which.

meant you must have saved a lot to buy 12 games in a short time - unless they were like five bucks each!

they'll also make for a nice points contribution.

welcome member 221 - skullpture, i like that name. you look like a good kid. don't let us down. what are you playing now anyway?

EDIT: slane, you managed to avoid Bioshock all this time? it's going to take you some time to max it out.

Unemployed college student living at home. Nothing but free time, though I do need to write those papers.

You do realise Neo that you said Slane instead of me :p

It was his evil plan, to get my to respond to the thread with hopefully not-empty promises of some gamerscore.

On another note, got an easy 80GS by completing a few levels in COD4 on Veteran. Been meaning to finish up the 1000 for this game.

Edited by Slane

hahaha sorry echo, mean it this time, i totally missed your post and for some reason thought it was slane! good going with 12 games...but i demand results. and turn those privacy settings off already.

anyway, good to have you back.

but the ploy worked: slane is now hard at work on some games. enjoy bioshock btw, it's a good one. not bad for points either, if you work on it you should be at 1000 in a couple of weeks.

    • KillerPDF 1.4.2 by Razvan Serea KillerPDF is a lightweight, portable PDF editor for Windows built for users who want full control without subscriptions, installers, or telemetry. It runs as a single executable, making it ideal for USB use and field work. You can view PDFs with smooth PDFium rendering, navigate quickly with thumbnails, zoom, and shortcuts, and reorganize pages using drag-and-drop. It supports merging multiple PDFs, splitting documents, and extracting selected pages. KillerPDF also allows inline text editing with font matching to preserve the original layout, plus annotations like text boxes, freehand drawing, highlights, and reusable signatures. You can search full text, copy content easily, and print documents with flattened annotations. Designed as a free and open alternative to bloated PDF tools, it works fully offline on Windows 10/11 x64. No runtimes install. Everything needed is inside the EXE (targets .NET Framework 4.8, which ships with every supported Windows release). KillerPDF key features: High-quality PDF rendering via PDFium Edit PDF text inline (double-click to modify text) Page thumbnails and fast navigation with zoom and shortcuts Merge multiple PDFs into one Split PDFs and extract selected pages Drag-and-drop page reordering Font matching to preserve original document appearance Text boxes for notes Freehand drawing tools Highlight overlays with adjustable color, size, opacity Undo actions and clear per-page annotations Create, draw, and save reusable signatures Click-to-place signatures anywhere Full-text search with highlighted results Drag-select or Ctrl+A to copy text Print with annotations flattened Portable single-file app (~10 MB) No installer, no admin rights required No account, no telemetry KillerPDF 1.4.2 changelog: What's new PDF form filling. Interactive PDF forms now render their fields (text inputs, checkboxes, radio buttons) as live controls. Fill them in directly and save — field values are written back into the PDF. PDF outline (bookmark) navigation. A new OUTLINES tab in the sidebar displays the document's bookmark tree. Click any entry to jump to that page. The sidebar auto-fits its width to the longest entry on open and can be dragged wider; switching back to PAGES snaps to the pages-mode width. Fixed Page rotation no longer reverts after saving. Rotations applied via the sidebar context menu now persist correctly through the save pipeline. Copied text words were out of order on PDFs where glyphs are stored in non-reading order (Issue #66). Text extraction now sorts words by position and uses a dynamic line-grouping threshold so both drag-select and Select All produce correctly ordered output. PDFs with malformed or non-standard XRef tables now open in read-only mode instead of showing "Invalid entry in XRef table" and failing entirely. • The very fact that a TPM (v2.0 specifically which is part of the issue I suspect) is now a baseline for any supported Windows installation will naturally mean other vendors will start to leverage it as they know it'll be there. It's called progress, and it's always been the way. A TPM isn't a windows thing, it's just a module designed to securely store keys. Secure boot isn't a Windows thing (although MS are the TCA as I recall hence the upheaval this year as the 2011 certs expire), it's just a way to verify a bootloader is signed. Windows simply leverages them.
    • It's a local account with the ability to reset a password at a very base level. I really don't get the issue that gets whipped up around it But you do you
