Next year, I wouldn't include Total Points (PTS).

I find that it is redundant with FGM, FTM, 3PTM (essentially it is just a summary of those three stats).

I vote to exclude it for next year. It might keep the managers a little closer. After two weeks, someone is already 14.5 games back (but the bottom two teams do look to be closing that gap).

We'll see what happens as the season progresses but I'm going to keep an eye on it.

Somebody stop me from picking up all of these Raptor players.

Now I've got four five centres and 3 Raptor players. Anybody want to offer me something of high value for PF/C Chris Bosh? I'd probably be most interested in a PG.

What you got in mind?

I should be careful about using hockey logic on basketball. I wouldn't want to have 3 players from the Phoenix Coyotes on my hockey team because they'll probably lose might nights and get shut out a fair bit.

In basketball, however, the losing team still tends to get 85 points. It might now be a bad thing to have some of your lower guys (Fred Jones, Jorge Garbajosa) playing on a poor team. At least they get the minutes that they wouldn't get on a strong team. It may not matter that they lose more then they win.

I guess I should just stay put for now and see how the season goes. I've already made some decisions that I probably shouldn't have.

Why aren't any of my bench players accumulating points on a weekly basis? When I look at the matchup, the players who started the week on the bench don't have any stats to their names.

It won't actually show any stats till a player has played for at least 1 day.

Were they injured?

My players who start the week benched acquire points later in the week (after I activate them).

Edit:

Y'know, I think there might have been a stat bug that was corrected. I was having a terrible week (losing 10-2) and then last night I jumped to winning (9-3). Essentially, I gained the lead in seven categories overnight. Perhaps some of my guys (who used to be benched) were not collecting stats as they should have been.

As I say, it does appear to be corrected now.

I didn't really notice the problem. I just thought my guys sucked this week.

Last week the scores did some serious flip-flopping. I was down 10-2 on Saturday (based on Friday night) then I was up 9-3 on Sunday and then I lost 9-3 by Monday morning.

Let's just say that I'm glad the money isn't involved or I wouldn't be able to handle the stress. :D

I took a gamble and picked up Rashard Lewis.

As far as I see it, if I manage to end up in the top 6 (I need Paul Pierce and Chris Bosh back to have a chance at that) then having Rashard Lewis for the playoffs would be good (assuming again, that he heals quickly).

Essentially the move gives me a chance to win it all or fail miserably.

I'm currently 10-0 for the week with my top 2 guys still out (Pierce, Lewis). JR and Bosh are back and they've both been hot. Brandon Roy is finally healthy and playing well too.

I'm going to have 3 less guys playing tonight and most of my leads are minimal so by tomorrow it could look completely different. For now, however, I'll enjoy being 10-0.

Boris Diaw has been an albatross since the draft. What a waste of a 2nd pick! I probably should have dumped him a long time ago but I can't bring myself to do it.

...so by tomorrow it could look completely different. For now, however, I'll enjoy being 10-0.

I just woke up and it is now 6-6. Where is the justice!

We both have 13 active player appearances over the next two nights so it might come down to the wire.

The basketball fantasy stuff sure can flip-flop (although, a lot of my previous leads were by a thread).

Rashard Lewis may be back on Saturday but Paul Pierce continues to have setbacks. He was about to return from his knee injury when his elbow got infected (or something). Grrr....

We need an Injury Reserve spot. It is very frustrating having Paul Pierce out for half the season. Yes, in retrospect I should have dropped him but he isn't a player you can drop lightly.

    • For me it has everything feature wise that I want. But boy the app sucks big time. This and Teams. Ever since they made the transition to WebView it has been slow AF. I mostly use both apps in the browser now because of too much memory being used by these 2 apps. Hoping that native versions are being worked upon.
    • Nearly 70% of Steam users now run Windows 11 by Taras Buria The May 2026 Steam Hardware & Software Survey results are now available on the official Steam website, showing Windows 11's continuous growth among the gaming audience. As of early June 2026, nearly 70% of all participants reported having a Windows 11-powered PC, while Windows 10's market share is steadily declining. According to Valve, in May 2026, Windows 11 increased its market share to 69.76% (+2.02 points), while Windows 10 dropped to 23.99% (-1.64 points). 64-bit Windows 7 is still showing up in Valve's reports, and apparently, about 0.07% of all survey participants still use the 17-year-old operating system. Valve no longer updates its client for Windows 7, but it still can access the platform, so the Windows 7 holdouts can stay away from newer Windows versions. Overall, 93.85% of all users run Windows (+0.38 points), while Linux is second with 3.99% (-0.53 points). macOS is third with at 2.16% (+0.15 points). The most popular Linux flavor is Arch Linux (0.35%), while macOS 26.4.1 is currently the dominant macOS release. On the hardware side, the most popular picks include an Intel processor (53.94% against AMD's 46.06%) with six cores (28.02%, -0.6 points), 16 GB of memory (41.14%, -0.28 points), and an NVIDIA graphics card (72.42%, with AMD having 19.13% and Intel 8.05%). The most popular graphics card on Steam is the desktop NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (3.85%, -0.14 points), while the laptop RTX 4060 is second with 3.77%, and the RTX 3050 is third with 3.10%. The average amount of VRAM is 8GB (25.89%), and the dominant display resolution is the classic 1920x1080 pixels (51.89%, -0.32 points). As usual, you can find more details from the latest survey on the official website. The results for April 2026 are available here.
    • This would be the ideal scenario for the context menus
    • Personally, I think these things are way over rated and way over priced, even at this price. I recently had Frontier Fiber installed with 2 of these devices and although they worked, I switched back to my own router and AP setup and get way better consistency on wireless speed than with Eeros. Wired speed seems to be more consistent also. Will be returning Eeros soon. I had told Frontier I didn't want them to begin with.
    • Yes, exactly what I have been thinking. Don't make the context menu simpler, make it smarter to learn what I actually use. And then, give me the ability to pin settings that I rarely use but need forget where they are.
