A decent password manager?

I have quite a few logins for various websites and would like to keep them secure in the form of a password manager (so they are encrypted).

I've seen many password managers come with filling online forms automatically - but it's not something I need.

Anyone know of some good programs that would do this? :)

Found a program called "Password Agent", very easy to use and encrypts the passwords to 256-bit.

The lite version holds 25 entries (more than enough for me) :D
