Resource Hacker. (EXE Compressor)

Is there any way to change icons into exe files that have been compressed with EXE Compressor? I can change the icon with resource hacker but then that exe becomes useless.

XN Resource Editor as well other common resource editors is not working. I have the same problem here ; also you could try PE EXPLORER ; searching on Google i found some solutions (Delphi Professional or Visual C++) but doesn't worth to install a 600 mb program just to reshack some icons...maybe someone else knows better how this can be done.
