ATLien_0
I installed IE7 on my family computer and now every webpages reports a script error. The dialog pops up, but with no info. It just says script error and nothing else no file or line. I went to internet options and disabled show every script error and tried installing IE7 again and uninstalled java. dixiecal
Man I can't believe.....the exact same thing is happening to me!! Ever since I installed IE 7, my computer has not been the same. I keep on getting these "Scripts are usually safe, do you want to allow scripts to run?" message boxes and it won't stop, it's persistent - even after clicking Yes (or no - it doesn't matter it seems) I have to continue to keep on seeing this box over and over and over again. I've messed with my security so many times it's not funny. I can't surf the web anymore for the annoyance of these message boxes!!! I wanted to uninstall 7 cause I heard it's causing everyone the same kinds of problems, but it doesn't exist in the "Add or Remove Programs" - So I was wanting to know if it's ok to just go ahead and try to re-install IE 6 again and just not use the IE 7???? Any help on this issue? I hate IE 7 cause of the problems it's caused. gamestargrinder said: I installed IE7 on my family computer and now every webpages reports a script error.
