Another good Firefox extension is Downthemall which allows you to download multiple files from a website and is pretty usefull imo.

A good free alternative for MS Project is Open Workbench (you have to register on the site first to download)

Its still a beta version, i personally prefer rainlendar over this, but if you dont like a calendar on your desktop there is a standalone application called mozilla sunbird, it looks quite a bit similar to iCal, but its not yet the final version.

Not sure but i think its not possible to copy text from a pdf, but Text Mining Tool is a program that lets you convert pdf and more extensions to text. :D
