Umm I was asking this question before.. got the answer from someone replying here, but I forgot as it's quite complicated @_@

You need to go here and there, change the advance permissions stuffs, etc... can't remember which post it was though

OK i found a solution. Start + R (for Run) and type 'gpedit.msc' (without quotes obviously). Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon and choose from the right 'Hide entry points for Fast User Switching' and Enable it. :D

you know while we are on the gpedit.msc I have a question: On my network pc at work, I had to edit some options to allow me the ability to change my screensaver, visual style, and other features.. (Its ok network admin gave me access to modify this file) anyways one thing I can not change is my desktop wallpaper.. Does anyone know what entry it is that I need to modify in order to unlock the ability to change my wallpaper?

You can unlock it by going to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Desktop > Desktop > Desktop Wallpaper. Read the explanation tab before applying any changes. Specifies the desktop background ("wallpaper") displayed on all users' desktops. That's what it says on the first line.
