D-link Vs. Netgear

I'm looking to set up a small 802.11a network. I want a wireless router and have narrowed it down to the Netgear HR314 or the D-Link DI-754. I've had Linksys products in the past and not been all that impressed. Any thoughts on D-Link or Netgear?

netgear are good quality and so are d-link...though netgear are slightly more quality and slightly more expensive

atm i have a D-Link 802.11b Wireless Network setup with a PCMCIA Card and USB thing...(no router)..if you want quality...netgear

From what I've read both products are great. I personally have a netgear 802.11b FR114W, it's a great firewall, but the range on the wireless isn't that great. Probably because it uses a PCMCIA card for the wireless.

I'm using a netgear MR314 at the time, wireless rnage isn't the best, but otherwise it hasn't given me any issues simple to configure mac address blocking full 128 bit wep it hasn't given me any issues at all.

I have been running a Netgear MR314 wireless router since April with zero problems. And I use both Windows and Mac boxes on the network. I get an excellent signal everywhere in my townhouse, even in the basement (which is 2 floors below the router). I had major DNS issues with a D-Link I got originally.

hmmm, maybe it's the fridge I have sitting under mine that does mine in? I have though about getting a second one and putting it on the other side of my house. they are great quality, and they have a full metal casing, as far as I know the dlink is cheap plastic casing. I like the heavyness of this one.
