[Vb.net 2005] getting hex color code from a colordialog?

hey guys a pritty simple question i was just wondering if you could show me how i can grab a color from the colordialog then for the color code rgb to be transformed into a hex code? im sure it's simple but i am in the first year of learning this so i have not gotten that for yet!
