It could easily be a WM6 device merely using Wisbar Advance Desktop, theres plenty of iPhone themes out there that can turn your Windows Mobile device into virtually the same thing.

It might not even run WM6 and could just be ripping GUI elements. Meizu has done so with their mp3 players whose GUI has some elements from Creative. Some of the icons I swear I have seen at deviantART as well. The default wallpaper (Aqua from OS X) should also look familiar.

its just a today screen theme that you can download. you can also download the icons to go along with it. its pretty cool but its no new product. in fact, apple has been threatening anyone that hosts the theme or the icons.
