how to add xp item into vista bootloader

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have a question about vista bootloader,

I have 2 windows xp systems, and I need both.

I also have 1 vista system..

can you guys plz tell me how to put the two xp systems into vista's bootloader as two items., so I can get into the xp system directly from Vista's bootloader, rather than get into xp's bootloader first,

it goes like this:

vista

xp_en

xp_cn

and if I choose xp_cn, then I go to the system of xp_cn, but not the xp's bootloader and I have to choose xp_cn again, which is I do right now..

Thanks,

I believe it can be done off the Vista DVD or by using http://www.vistabootpro.org/

HI, thanks for the reply

but I tried both, they can't boot into the xp systmes directly..

I need to choose it again after I get into the xp's bootloader..

With VistaBootPRO it's easier to just remove one of the two XP's and rename the only one left to something like Older Version of Windows... Windows Vista bootloader can't boot into XP directly. It always loads the bootloader of XP...
