April 5, 2007 - A free update to Gran Turismo HD Concept is now available from the PlayStation Store. The upgrade, which raises the game to version 1.2, enables a worldwide top 10 ranking system. But more importantly, 1.2 fills a void in many PlayStation 3 owners' hearts - the game is now force feedback compatible with Logitech's Driving Force, Driving Force Pro, and Driving Force EX steering wheels.

Gran Turismo HD Concept is a sampler of sorts for the long-running racing series that runs on an early version of the Gran Turismo 5 engine. Early IGN impressions of the rumble update were luke warm, as the feature seemed tacked on and under used. Now that force feedback is starting to creep into PS3 games, fans can look forward to GT5 integrating the function in a more complete capacity.

No, just some other small fixes sadly. I'm impressed they are actually keeping this updated. Let's hope GT5 is smooth as silk. :yes:
