"Mercenaries" issues

I just bought "Mercenaries" since it was recently added to the Backwards Compatibility list, but I've been having problems with it freezing. Furthermore, there are times that the mini-map in the upper-right corner turns blue and stops displaying geographical featues.

I've e-mailed the BC team at Microsoft to see if there's a patch in the works, but I was curious if maybe any of y'all have heard anything.

Sorry I would love to try and tell you if it's working properly or not, but I exchanged 32 of my precious Xbox game for PS3 and Mercenaries was one of them. But from you description it feels like it's the BC software that has the problem so as long as BC team at Microsoft are aware of it they will take care (which could take month's). So I would recommend either play as it is right now and since you already informed Microsoft about the problem they will take care of it.
