Kaspersky 7 vs NOD32

So I read that NOD32 isnt doing too well in its detection compared to Kaspersky - and Kaspersky is now apparently pretty damn light, so lemme ask - whats the fastest performer out of the 2?

Im using NOD32 on Vista at the moment and dont particularly wanna change but if I can get better detection at the same if not better performance.

What I like about NOD32 is that it doesn't ask you many questions and sits quietly. When other anti-virus programs take ages to set up. In addition to that NOD32 is quite powerful as well - for 1 year I've been using it and my computer is still fine.

Also I think NOD32 is cheaper than Kaspersky 7.

Vote for KIS 7.

Last version atm is 7.0.0.125.

I love this product, its nice and only over 20MB ram usage(Kaspersky Internet Security)

Virus detection is very good:

i used to use KAV and was very satisfied with it, but then after upgrading to a new version it became in-compatible with my firewall so i had to switch to NOD. and now i'm satisfied with NOD just as well as KAV

they are both top-notch products and both have been rated #1 for years in various categories. so it's a matter of preference now days imo

just pick which one you like the best. kav is more user friendly (lots of graphics) and is more interactive. NOD is more buisness style. but both have stellar detection rates
