Quillz
I don't really like Courier or Courier New, so I downloaded ProFont, which is alright, but I'm wondering if anyone would like to share some of their favorite fixed width fonts? Obviously, it'd have to work on OS X. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/565534-what-are-some-good-fixed-width-fonts/ Share on other sites

Thanks, I went with Inconsolata, it's a very nice font, especially at 10-12 pt. Fusion
Monaco I think is one of the best fonts out there for Fixed-width. It's usually the default on many text-editing apps like TextMate and BBedit. Also, the font that comes with Coda, IIRC it's called Panic Sans, is really nice. Every time I try to change to another font that isn?t Monaco, I end up coming back to it. Maybe is because I have been using it since the early Mac OS. Because every time I try out TextMate, it seems to default to Courier. Yes, Monaco is a very old font that has been with the Mac for a long time. It's the default font for Terminal...?
