What I am actually hoping is that this show takes off and they see that people like Jeffery Donovan so they release Touching Evil on DVD.

Completely agreed.

The only reason why I'm not totally ****ed is because Jeff is now on Burn Notice.

But to me his perfect role is David Creegan. There just isn't a better role for him out there.

Way to end a season. It'll be a long off season.

You know, I was starting to get very ****ed watching the finale... I was afraid that they were going to.... actually kill off Sam.

Yeah I thought that to that ending tho tho is weird how does he get out of this one!

Question: Any idea when the second season of Burn Notice will premiere? ? Karenb>

Ausiello: It's slated for June, but as a result of the ? all together now ? writers' strike, that's subject to change. Shooting was scheduled to get under way in mid-January, but that start date will be delayed for as long as the strike lasts (i.e., a two-month strike would push back production to mid-March). I'm told that as long as the strike is resolved by the end of February, the second season will debut on schedule. (Last year, Burn Notice didn't start shooting until April and still premiered in June.) In the meantime, Jeffrey Donovan is currently lensing the Clint Eastwood drama The Changeling, opposite Angelina Jolie and John Malkovich.

Burn Notice Season One Heading to DVD

Last week we gave the gossip that Fox Home Entertainment is planning a June DVD release for the USA Network's Burn Notice - Season 1. This morning several retailers - including one in Canada - sent over the heads-up that Fox had revealed the release date and pricing over the weekend. This info is apparently only available through the retailer channels, as Fox's password-protected press site doesn't have the data on this yet. Nor have online retailers such as Amazon or DVDEmpire added pre-order listings for it, at least as of this writing. Given all of that, please officially consider it "unannounced" for now.

The info we were sent for this 12-episode season set, starring Jeffery Donovan (Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2), Gabrielle Anwar (The Tudors), Bruce Campbell (The Adventures of Brisco County Jr., Jack of all Trades) and Sharon Gless (Cagney & Lacey, Queer as Folk) is that it will street on June 3rd. Cost will be $49.98 SRP in the USA, and CA$69.98 SRP in Canada. There were no other details available yet, according to our sources, nor is package art posted yet, either. Stay tuned, though, and we'll keep you updated as more about this package gets released.
