Reshoots Adds Moar Deadpool!

Thanks to IESB reader DPfan (I am assuming he didn't think real hard about that handle ? it means Deadpool fan right?) we've learned exclusively that more footage of the DEADPOOL character played by Ryan Reynolds has been added to the X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE film!

We are told Ryan Reynolds was busy a guy in Vancouver during the extra time the production spent there shooting some added footage for his Deadpool character! Apparently most of the footage shot included Reynolds and Wolverine himself, Hugh Jackman.

This isn't your mother's cameo...Deadpool is full on! Reynolds will appear in the film even more than originally planned!

Reynolds beefed up a la Blade Trinity for the role of the antihero to play opposite Jackman's Wolverine. The Merc with a Mouth can't have wimpy girlie arms next to that guy!

Looks good, better than I was expecting, let's hope thats not just good editing.

Also what's with baby wolverine? That best be some weird flashback because he didn't have the claws as a child.. and he didn't make no half metal babies so wtf. Am I missing something here?

And whose the fat boxer supposed to be?

One thing I love about comic book movies (sci fi as well) how they do a cool spin on the studio logos. This one filling up is one of my favorites.

@Xero: Wolverine DID have the claws when he was a kid. Are you one of the people that thinks that Weapon X actually gave Wolverine the claws? Ever read any of the comics?

The claws are Wolverine's mutation. He had the claws since he was a kid without the Adamantium. Weapon X gave Wolverine a Adamantium coat over his whole skeleton, including his claws. That's how he got the "metal" claws. So yeah, he DID have the claws when he was a kid.

@Rappy and Xero: Stop teasing us already!! :p

@Xero the crystal white girl is Emma Frost and the Fat man is the blob as for will.i.am he is Kestrel.

Thanks :)

I read them when I was younger but don't remember much, I always assumed that was the point of the experiment, thanks for the explanation though :)

^I don't know how many years that's back but they never explain Wolverine's history in the past. They started doing that a few years back. The point of the experiment was to make him the ultimate killer/weapon. Hence why his brain was washed, his Adamantium skeleton. he was a beast after all these experiments. A beast so strong that even Weapon X couldn't contain him anymore.

And no problem with explaining it :) Seems like lot's of people think that the claws are part of the experiment so it's nice to give them an insight on how he got the claws etc. You should try and get a hold on Wolverine: Origin. It's a mini serrie which explains Wolverine's past in 6 books. It's also the first 6 books where Marvel told the readers about Wolverine's past. Which is why you probably didn't know about all of it.

Are there any hot chicks in this movie? :shifty:

X-Men original trilogy has many hot chicks. :D

Hot chicks? In just a Wolverine movie?

I didn't think so at first, but now you mentioned it I looked it up.

Emma Frost, Oh My God, played by this Beautiful woman!

    • What I like about Paint is using it almost exclusively for cropping and resizing images I get elsewhere--it's quick, easy and cheap... I keep it glued to my taskbar, in fact. Also, the clipping tool comes in handy, as well (hit print scrn on the keyboard and it activates immediately.)
    • I still remember it fondly today. It was so cool to work in 64-color Half Bright mode and 4.096-color HAM mode (interlaced) when x86 was still in 4-color CGA or 16-color EGA low res. C= never realized what it had until it was far too late--the failure of C= was the failure of its top management. The C= Amiga was 20 years ahead of its time, I always thought. It didn't hurt that in only 512k of chip memory, the Amiga could preemptively multitask when Apple was still doing gray scale graphics on tiny screens and along with everyone else was doing cooperative multitasking (running more than one app at a time in resident memory, but you could only run one of them at a time--had to manually switch between them.) I had a ball with AREXX scripting running between programs that had AREXX ports so that when you sent other applications data and instructions, those running applications could process the same in real time to output! Memories...
    • I'm not sure about that, but it at least "does" a version of 7.1 that this brand new card doesn't....

    • I can barely recall getting web results from a file search... I must've turned it off long ago. 26H2 is Insider's Preview build 26300.8697, which I am running, atm. It is not available for people running the standard commercial builds of Windows--only for the beta test Insider's group. But anyway, as mentioned in the thread, this feature has been around for a long time...
