can we see a white version? or a version that matches OpusOS X? :)

I was thinking of a milky white idea... basically inverted... sort of.

I'll see when I'll have time to play around with the colors.

Probably the hardest part of my script is the blinking "seconds" indicator on the clock.

I wish samurize had a better editor... where I can edit multiple object's property...

Anyway, I will post when new color themes come out.

But white with dark blue/black/dark grey? I don't know what inverse color OpusOS X prefers.

Does anyone know if there is a script to tell me how strong my wireless setup it connected at?

That would be awesome. With the ease of incorporation with my other configs, i would pay a few bucks for something like that. there are programs that do that, but no like the minimalistacity-ism-ness of samurize.

I couldn't resist making other color themes... I like the black one a lot. :)

:: Rev. 1.3 ::

- Added two extra color themes: black and white

- Fixed minor display errors.

BTW, I didn't have time to make other screenshots of the bigger ones... but they're similar to the mini ones

I have a request.

Would someone make me a Samurize script that would looks like something that comes default on XP? I don't want it to have and pngs, but I would like it to have uptime, hd space, cpu usage, ram usage, weather in the us, and a pop3 e-mail checker. Thanks!

Here's my first attempt at a Samurize script...it's unobtrusive, sits against the top of my secondary monitor. It is always on top, and its height is exactly the same as my windows' titlebars. The nice part about having it on the secondary monitor is that I can watch it while I play games on the primary one :)

It has CPU :: mem free/total :: pagefile :: Hard drives C and F activity :: network :: media info (player, volume, artist, track, track time, progress) :: uptime

One problem I'm having, if you look at the progress bar in the media section, is that the background of the progress bar is supposed to be partially transparent. I have it set at 70 right now in the config, and it shows up fine in the editor, but no matter what value I set it at it always shows up as solid white when it actually runs. Anyone know what the deal is with this? I'm using Samurize 1.2.

To nazgul and everyone who PM'ed me about the samurize config, I've asked Bant's permission, so I just need to wait and hear from him. In the mean time, I've improved the script a bit, I made the graphics fit a bit better and look slightly cleaner, I also added some information to the script by shrinking the font, the 8 pt was way too big. Anyway, it was all custom pretty much before, so you guys would have had alot of text lines to edit in order to get it work on your systems (i'm too lazy to let scripts write stuff for me) but now it'll pretty much work on anyones machine, except maybe the temperature after the processor information will need to be moved depending on what your processor name shows up as (just to make it fit). Anyway, here's an updated screenshot of the fixed up version, I'll post a download link as soon as Bant gets back to me.

Edit: If anyone knows how to get the PNG format meters to work properly in the newest version of Samurize (1.20.1) so I can use actual Reluna progress bars, instead of just gradients, I'd hugely appreciate the help. Thanks

I got permission for the Reluna script from Bant, so you can download version 1 here now!

I say version 1 because I tend to make it as customizable as possible, there's very little static information in it right now, so it should all update on it's own for other peoples systems. Hopefully before the weekend is over, I'll make a full version2, which will include a blank window PSD so that you can add as many extra docked windows as you want, and all you have to do is edit the text (i'll position it and set the shadows and stuff), as well, I'm gonna try and get permission from mattahan to use GANT icons as an alternative to the windows xp icons (that's what I use, and that's why they're there) but I'll set it up so all you have to do is drop the GANT versions of the png's in the folder and it will replace all the icons in the script. Finally, if anyone has any idea how to get the new damn png meters in samurize 1.20 to work please pm me or email right away! I want to use the progressbars from Reluna for this theme, but everytime I add a png meter in the Samurize config editor, I just get a meter that sticks at 100%, anyway, that's the goal for the final release, so here's a taste to keep everyone happy for now.

I know I'm going kinda overboard for a samurize script, but I just finished the Olive color scheme, which uses GANT icons as default but you can swap them between color themes. As well the PSD is ready so you can add your own windows, now all I need is mattahan's permission for the icons, and someone who knows how to get the png meters to work. I might make a custom installer while I wait for an answer from mattahan as well.

Oh yeah, Bant said if I wanted he'd add this to the next update of the Reluna thread :D sweet
