I've downloaded Omen's VS and it came with a Samurize script for Winamp. Now when I run it on the latest version, it doesn't even show on my screen (untill I load another config and then I see it for a quick second). When I try using 0.63c, it tells me that it was made using a previous version, also with 0.55, it doesn't even load.

Can anyone help me get a working version?

First 'real' foray into Serious Samurize. Each box is a separate insance of Client.exe. The weather is based on WeatherPlus - had some problems with the restart script not killing off the old instance of client/weather. Think I've fixed it but it needs to run for a while longer yet to be sure. Also modded the weather script to use the recent ability to pass arguments into script functions.

Maybe I need to add some icons to this. Whaddya think?

Judge, can u post the files for the cpu usage section too plz, thanks :D

The CPU usage section is real easy to set up. The background is available in the graphics scetion at http://www.samurize.com/.

razor: check samurize.com. the latest addition to the weather scripts is an excellent one for UK. with dynamic pngs that work! (the first one that has NO flaw for me). am using it too .

Ps: well, there is one flaw, bbc weather doesn't provide a current condition for my place (Austria) most of the time ;-(

If i make seperate configs for each section like how Judge did his, how do i get for example weather.ini, system.ini to both load up at system startup? Is there a command i can add to the target line to auto load a certain config.ini file whenever client.exe is executed?

You create a shortcut to client.exe in you startup folder. In the shortcut you change the target entry so that it has one argument - the name you want to give the instance. This is one I use to start my weather script. I've called the shortcut SamurizeWeather.exe and the instance is weather (note that you can't see the leading " at the start of Target).

Nice setup dr3w2k3...but it sure looks like a resource hog...

LOL..it is a bit more than the old plain one I used to use. You must be referring to the 25% CPU usage in the screen shot? I had a ton of other stuff runnin when I took that screenie. The Samurize client usually peaks at maybe 7-8%. ;)

    • I just started using Teams (and “New” Oiutlook) at work (instead of Slack) and both are truly abysmal pieces of software.
