David Duchovny's "Californication."

Loved this weeks episode, that maid was rather hot :p

This weeks episode was eh....Everything that was shown was already outlined in the 15 second preview at the end of last week's episode.

oh and you're like me and absolutely cant wait til next week, they released the air early: http://www.buzzable.com/Californication

you can thank me later :)

Feel sorry for Hank :(

Yeah it will be interesting to see where it goes from here!, they could have put a point in where to end the series if they need to.

Good episode tho, Daisy is hot :p

Season 3 Confirmed

David Duchovny--in character as novelist and friendly pervert Hank Moody, of course (what did you think we meant by that headline?)--will be back for more sexy time on Californication.

Premium cable net Showtime just announced that it's picking up a third 12-episode season of the depraved but oddly sweet sex comedy starring Duchovny, Natascha McElhone, Madeline Zima and Evan Handler.

Season two of the series has two episodes remaining, and we've got the dish below on who might die, get a divorce or perhaps even leave California forever...

? Who's going to die? Word is someone's cocaine problem becomes a full-blown crisis.

? Who's getting divorced? Well, who's still married? Runkle and Marcy. Who's boning a porn star with a heart of gold? Runkle. Yes, it's horrible, but don't worry, chances are Marcy won't take this breakup lying down.

? Who's ditching their family? Someone we love dearly has gotten an out-of-town opportunity and might be going away for good.

So I wonder if Hank will finish his book now..

or have not much to go on...

Lou was kind of mysterious about his life sometimes

Is it me or did Daisy just wanted to screw around with the bald guy and not a relationship..?

Shame Lou died,

did he though? unless it was all dream shots in the promo for next week he was all over it...they showed him a lot...i was actually ****ed that they were showing us he wasn't dead...but i guess those could have been shots of memories...or hank just thinking about him or something since i don't exactly remember what they were....

Liked the start of the episode, for a few seconds I though he was still alive :\

Nah you could tell he was the dead he way Lou was talking.

I liked the finale, that surfer girl is hot!

You wouldn't think the X files dude (Ferris Buller) would be a great in this. But shizzle dizzle I was blown away by his performance!

Btw anyone remember the episode where his agent wanted to get laid and he needed his social engineering to make it happen?

    • Linux 7.2's first release candidate gets off to a good start by Paul Hill Credit: Larry Ewing It has been a few weeks since the release of Linux 7.1, and in that time, the Linux 7.2 merge window has been open, where developers can submit their features and patches ready for the upcoming release. That window is now shut, and the release candidate phase has begun so that new features can be tested and further fixes applied. According to the founder of Linux, Linus Torvalds, this week’s release candidate looks “reasonably normal”. Although we are super early in the release candidates, this is a good sign as it makes it more likely that an eighth release candidate will not be needed. Torvalds even mentioned that the update’s stats are only larger than they really are because there was another AMD header drop with a third of the patch just being AMD GPU register definitions, which aren’t big changes but make the code contributed look larger overall. In addition to this, he noted that just over half the patch is drivers, even when excluding the AMD register dump. The rest of the changes are spread out over architecture updates, tooling, documentation, and core kernel updates. In the next week, Torvalds says that he will be chilling out, taking the week “mostly off”. Despite this, he will be reading emails and keeping up with things, so if he is slow responding, now you know why. He said he is hoping for a calm week, but we will just have to see if the second release candidate is actually like that. We should expect seven or eight release candidates before Linux 7.2 is released, so expect it around the end of August. If you missed it a few weeks ago, be sure to check out our coverage of Linux 7.1's release.
