How to block ALL access to Runescape

Kids playing Runescape at the library is doing no harm whatsoever. The parents of these kids pay taxes to the library also. You have no right to "BAN" a game, just because they enjoy it. What they are doing is not illegal.

Besides, why waste your energy. People, even kids, can always easily get around systems that try to block their favorite websites.

A library is not a place to go play video games. It is distracting to others. Not to mention it prevents others from using the computers to do work.
