error message before installation

EI am getting the attached file error screen and the above log, every time I try to run autopatcher either for winxp or for office 2007.

Any help will be appreciated

1) install files in C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher\win9xnt

2) copy all files in C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher\bin to C:\WINDOWS\system32

3) for each file copied in step #2 (except reboot.exe): go to start > run, REGSVR32 <file> (where <file> is the filename name of the current file), click 'ok'

4) reboot
