It appears that the error occured while AutoPatcher was trying to get commandline arguments.

Where: mdlInitialization.Main()

Error Code: 0x153: Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

1) install files in C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher\win9xnt

2) copy all files in C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher\bin to C:\WINDOWS\system32

3) for each file copied in step #2 (except reboot.exe): go to start > run, REGSVR32 <file> (where <file> is the filename name of the current file), click 'ok'

4) reboot
