The first two episodes of the new series have been unbelievably funny.. The addition of Matt Berry is genius, sad to see Chris Morris go though.

Rappy, its Garth Marenghi.. But Darth Merenghi is a good idea for a comedy star wars sitcom..

Oh yeah!

You know why I typed that...I was reading an article just before typing that about Ewan Mcgregor and Star Wars

Bit of Scoopage from Digital Spy...

Ronan O'Flaherty: "Ahhhhh!!! Please don't tell me its true that The IT Crowd's second season has been cut down to 6 episodes?"

Neil: Sorry Ronan, it is true. Season two was supposed to be eight long but was cut back by two due to some disputes over the writing.

I thought the second episode was well crap compared to the first.

The jokes were soooo predictable. and since when was suicide funny?

The addition of these so called cult comedians doesn't make a fluffy friday night sitcom any funnier. All it does it make people who don't have a clue about their previous work even more confused. I even thought to myself.... why is this funny?

Seems that people think they are funny just because they show up.

The canned laughter was awful too. I didn't notice it so much last series, or last episode as much.

Oh yeah.... I wonder how the US IT Crowd does?

Damn I'll miss Denholm's appearances.

“It's The A Team: Bodie, Doyle, Tiger, Jewellery Man, the whole lot!”

"That's the kind of place this is Jen. Lots of sexy people, not doing much work, and having affairs."

All delivered like he's living in Howards' Way

Yeah, gotta love Chris Morris. I hope he still continues working on the show, even if it is behind the scenes.

His style of comedy is right up my street. "Cow gonna be chops."

Aren't you guys getting the Americanised version?

I thought that was a completely awesome episode. Lots of nerdiness. :)

americanised ver suck... i watch more BBC then any other tv just to watch good tv. any idea when the region 1 DVD of season one will be out?

I agree that BBC television does indeed tend to be of a much higher quality than that of the commercial broadcasters.

However, The IT Crowd is not a product of the BBC, but of Channel 4.

phew panic over :) deffo watch i have a thing for Jen....hmmmmm sexy Jen

Xero, put those thoughts out of your head! You're married! Yes, we all fantasise about Jen (Katherine Parkinson), but we don't say anything publicly.

Like the avvy and sig :D

hehe yup I got inspired after I was sitting there with a screwdriver putting a HDD into a caddy, and I had the IT Crowd on.. and saw a shot of Moss sitting there with a Screwdriver and a HDD in his hand...

Art imitates life!

    • draw.io Desktop 30.2.6 by Razvan Serea draw.io desktop is a downloadable security-first diagramming application that runs on Windows, MacOS and Linux. Creating diagrams in the desktop app doesn’t need an internet connection. This is useful when you are disconnected or when you must create diagrams in a highly secure environment, where data protection is of the utmost importance. When you use the draw.io desktop app, your diagrams will be stored on your local device. Because this is a stand-alone application, also designed to run offline, there are no interfaces to cloud storage platforms available. Of course, you can still store your diagrams in folders that are synchronised to your cloud storage if you wish. Easy-to-use diagram editor The draw.io apps work just like the office and drawing tools you are used to using. Drag and drop shapes from the shape libraries and drag to draw connectors between them. Drag connectors to add waypoints and set a precise shape and position, or let them reroute automatically. Double click and start typing to add a label to anything. Create tables and swimlane flows with a familiar tool. Style shapes and connectors with customisable palettes, sketch options, fonts and text formatting tools. Search for shapes, including in open-source icon libraries. Use our vast libraries of shapes and templates, organised into logical categories, to create a range of diagrams and infographics.
