Halo 03 |News & General| OFFICIAL

I got mine at my local Circuit City. They had plenty of copies available and there weren't very many people there.

I must say, the graphics are at least on par if not better than BioShock. The screenshots that have been posted don't do it justice; it looks so much better in motion. I was stunned when I started playing. It's just absolutely beautiful. I've only been able to play about an hour of it because I'm getting to sleep now, but I already love it.

Same here, I click on the Unite to Fight ad (I am assuming the large one on the main marketplace blade?) and all that does is take you to a Halo 3 page with Unite to fight events (which inside tells you to click on the Unite to Fight ad to get the content - exactly what I just did :() it also has other options of "Why is halo 3 better with xbox live", "trailers and videos", "Themes and gamerpics" <- This contains content you have to pay for no free content, "Get halo today" and "Expand your live experience"

So can anyone say what the exact steps are to get this content?

BTW I had to use my US account as it seems the rest of the world, again, doesnt exist when it comes to promotions like this :(

To be honest I'm too old to wait for the game at midnight and I've never done this before, but I know the whole crew at my local Gamestop and Devry truck was there with Guitar Hero competition with huge screen on the back of the truck and 3 huge 50" screens in front of the store where people played Halo 2 multiplayer 4 people on each screen.

It was fun. Then at 10:30pm we got all in, paid if we needed to pay, got our numbers for the line and at midnight everything went lightning fast. We all got out of there by 12:20

Well ParcelForce haven't been yet but they usually appear afternoon-ish for me. I got up early today cause i heard to the doorbell and i was greeted with parcels for my brother instead!

Still on the edge of my seat, I won't be happy until it is at my door.

I just got a new puppy and he has a small head so i think he is going to become a Spartan dog today :)

Btw do you have a tracking number for your parcel? I don't

I do but when i enter my tracking number on ParcelForce webite it says they don't have it or it hasnt been entered into their system yet. I got a feeling it will come tomorrow and not today if everyone has the Legendary Edition sent out by ParcelForce. What a bummer. I hope i am wrong.

LE looks sweet.

Holy Crap by some huge twist of good luck I awoke today only to see my original Xbox 360 had come from the repair center :| this I was not expecting and WOW now I am left with two Xbox 360's as I had borrowed a mates one before hand just to make sure i could finish the fight...

I am certainly liking my good luck but I won't be completely happy till i get to finish the fight and i won't be able to do that till tomorrow it seems because post just arrived and my pre order wasn't there :( well ill see y'all tomorrow for sure!!

Happy Gaming everyone it is indeed a good day to be a gamer :)

Good Luck with Finishing the Fight :D

The tracking number I got from Play doesn't work either. I'm still hoping for delivery today, but it's likely that it'll arrive tomorrow.

    • Yeah... The root of my comment, ostensibly, is how to spin the story via the actual technical merits of the solution! * Decentralized (aka federated) solution with built-in encrypted ephemeral message transport, * Transport via Relays (intermediary servers) with no message archival, * Second configurable pathway are actual email servers (if DNS records are programmed accordingly) via IMAP protocols carriage, * "Chat-over-Email" is the design pattern adopted; it can either leverage full-blown Email Server (must use the INBOX folder) to exchange all received messages/edits/reactions (so be weary of notifications overloads) [best practice is creating a separate email acct used explicitly for federated chat purposes!] or leverage its built-in Relay Server mechanism which actually resides on-device (by default but can be configured otherwise), * By virtue of be a decentralized/federated model, all other intermediary servers who may pass-along messages (while the recipient's final relay/device is inaccessible) cannot snoop on the messages due to the encrypted nature of contents. The intermediaries may, however, analyze the metadata due to the simple fact that routing mechanisms require hints for relay destinations. Unfortunately, whomever is posting about DeltaChat across socials are misleading with "zero metadata" claims -- especially when the Relays (according to their own technical documents) mandate the addition of chat-version metadata and other decorations in order to actually transport any message. -- Based on this summary, I'd prefer if they'd better dual-path message transport (email server add-in, federated relay engine) rather than patch-on email protocols to existing federated social media frameworks. They're frankensteining something rather than extending widely-deployed technology stacks.
    • Decentralized search result anonymization...
    • Russia invaded Crimea, so not sure what you are getting at. Are you saying that the E.U is like what the USSR was? What is wrong with wanting control over your own country? i bet Trump would not stand by and allow Canada to control the U.S.
