Or just download WinRAR since it's 100 times better than winzip and extracts anything and everything, and it's free!

WinRAR isnt free. 7Zip is.

I used WindowBlinds to make the taskbar transparent. You can find the wallpaper here. The dock is ObjectDock with a Leopard skin.
