Anyone know the cheapest place to pick up an official Microsoft Xbox 360 VGA AV Cable in the UK?

I found one on GAME, http://www.game.co.uk/Xbox360/Hardware/Acc.../?s=VGA%20Cable - is that the cheapest i'm going to get it?

Thanks.

Just so you know, some "cheap" VGA cables can have terrible ghosting and stuff, but I can confirm that Game's own brand VGA cable is high quality and wont have that issue.

Right 3 month Live card, go get me the cheapest people!

Genuinely don't have enough money to buy anything more than that just now I'm so poor with all the games coming out :(

3 months will get me to over Xmas (My sub dies this month, or should I say renews, but I don't want to renew through MS).

Ah is that the annoying auto re-new? That ****ed me off. Kept taking ?5 until I could afford ?27 for 12 month card.

Anyway, 3 month codes go for ?15 usually so why not (if you can) buy a 12+1 month code for ?27?

Amazon, Gameplay, Play and Zavvi all have it at the ?13, with Amazon being the cheapest by 1p.Amazon link>Gameplay link>Play link>Zavvi link>

Or if you are comfortable buying from Ebay and I'm pretty certain you are, there is two sellers. One going for ?12.00b> anthe other for ?11.95/b> (also a power seller)

I'm genuinely **** canned broke lol.

?13 will go a long way for me.

In the past weeks I've bought,

LittleBigPlanet

Motorstorm 2

Resistance 2

Socom

and I'm just about to buy Guitar Hero World Tour, L4D, and some other 360 stuff.

And yeah, it's on the annoying auto-renew as when my 12 month sub ended a few months ago, I was too broke as well to buy another haha.

I'll see what I can find, just thought you guys might know some good sites for a 3 month sub.

Anyway time for some deals!

Its not this price! The P+P is normally ?5.99 on these sites(base.com, dvd.co.uk etc... [they are all pretty much one site branded under different names]), they use this as a way to not pay VAT!

I'm pretty sure it still works out cheaper than buying elsewhere. What's the RRP again, like ?30 for wired and ?35 for wireless?

    • Linux 7.2's first release candidate gets off to a good start by Paul Hill Credit: Larry Ewing It has been a few weeks since the release of Linux 7.1, and in that time, the Linux 7.2 merge window has been open, where developers can submit their features and patches ready for the upcoming release. That window is now shut, and the release candidate phase has begun so that new features can be tested and further fixes applied. According to the founder of Linux, Linus Torvalds, this week’s release candidate looks “reasonably normal”. Although we are super early in the release candidates, this is a good sign as it makes it more likely that an eighth release candidate will not be needed. Torvalds even mentioned that the update’s stats are only larger than they really are because there was another AMD header drop with a third of the patch just being AMD GPU register definitions, which aren’t big changes but make the code contributed look larger overall. In addition to this, he noted that just over half the patch is drivers, even when excluding the AMD register dump. The rest of the changes are spread out over architecture updates, tooling, documentation, and core kernel updates. In the next week, Torvalds says that he will be chilling out, taking the week “mostly off”. Despite this, he will be reading emails and keeping up with things, so if he is slow responding, now you know why. He said he is hoping for a calm week, but we will just have to see if the second release candidate is actually like that. We should expect seven or eight release candidates before Linux 7.2 is released, so expect it around the end of August. If you missed it a few weeks ago, be sure to check out our coverage of Linux 7.1's release.
