[Official UK] Xbox 360 Special Offers & Deals

Recommended Posts

Forgot to update in here, but I already spoke to Jonny on MSN and posted him the deals on Tuesday. Useful for other people looking for them though.

I would wait for another voucher to come out to use at Game. NFL never holds its value, it doesn't make sense to rush out and spend more.

Madden NFL 2010 - ?34.21 @ Amazon.co.uk

Guitar Hero: Metallica - Game Only - ?34.99 @ Amazon.co.uk and HMV.com

Yeah I saw those, was hoping there'd be something cheaper thoug:(:(

Halo Wars - ?14.98 at ShopTo

So any decent deals on an Arcade from a site that ships to Denmark, the laser in my Elite is dying. Preferably a trustworthy site that has some new stock and not some old 2008 stock sitting around.

Cheapest Danish price is around ?140 so anything below that would be sweet )

Unless you want to risk using Shopto again, all of our e-tailers are selling them for ?135 or ?140 too.

Shopto are selling it for ?120.

Yeah, first place I checked but wanted to probe the market - I might give ShopTo another chance. Still not sure whether they ship 'large' packages outside the UK or not?

How much will my delivery cost?

ShopTo.Net offers free shipping and delivery on all products to uk customers! International delivery is between ?3.50 and ?4.50 due the flucuation of currency but most often will be around ?4.11. This does not apply to any purchase of hardware which is calculated on weight.

Probally cost alot for an xbox 360 to be shipped to Denmark. Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy one in Denmark?

looks like any pre-orders that used the ?10 glitch are all being rejected. i had both batmans cancelled on me this morning. thats a shame because i really did want that special edition :(( if anyone is looking for batman cheaper than ?40/60 then go here to the hut at ?34.73

My pre-orders are all still active, so touch wood, they don't get cancelled. The first of my pre-orders (Halo 3 ODST) comes out in less than a month, so hopefully I'll at least get that one.

i kinda thought that they might get cancelled so when when the hut was doing 10% of orders i preordered halo 3, dirt 2, ghostbusters and call of duty all for around the ?33 mark, exceot for halo which was ?27 and call of duty which was ?55 for the hardened, which is still a fair bit cheaper than game themselves. the only one i didnt order was batman, just in case.

tbh i think its just one of those things that got abused by pretty much everyone and now its red flagging on their side. good luck with your pre-orders if they go through. as far as i'm concerned i'm not even going to bother keeping mine on GAME as i would actually like to play my purchase asap instead of waiting a week, finding it rejected then have to pay a slightly higher price and a slightly longer wait. instead i'll keep my orders elsewhere, pay an extra ?2/3 and have my orders on the same day i would have expected them. less hassle :))

Get a VCARD for ?1 [instore only]

Hopefully this means that you will be able to use the "glitch" all year round with the ?5 off ?50 meaning Points cards available for ?11.99 all year round:D; :Dike>

Urgh sorry scrap that, ONLY 1 Voucher per customer! - That blows big time especially seeing as they removed the 5% from play.com, doesn't even really make this worth getting because the Varsity near me is full of scummy people and not worth going into.

    • So, recently, I saw on the news (yes, on this website) that Samsung is introducing features where it can provide education using AI-powered sets, and because of this, I got concerned about whether the AI gives out wrong info during education sessions, causing controversies in the process. What are your thoughts on this?
    • TCL's Bang & Olufsen soundbar is 40% off on Amazon by Ivan Jenic The TCL Design Series A65K is currently $299.99, down from $499.99. That's 40% off and $200 saved on a soundbar tuned by Bang & Olufsen, which is not a combination you'd normally expect at this price point (purchase link below). Bang & Olufsen doesn't typically show up in the sub-$500 category. The Danish audio brand is known for speakers that cost several times more, so having their acoustic tuning on a $300 soundbar is very appealing. TCL handles the hardware, B&O handles the sound engineering, and the result is what the company calls "accessible luxury." Still, accessible luxury isn’t full-fledged luxury, so don’t expect wonders. But this is a decent soundbar, nevertheless. The A65K is a true 3.1.2 channel system with nine physical drivers, including genuine up-firing height speakers for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Many soundbars at this price simulate overhead effects through virtual processing, rather than actual hardware. So, you’re getting the real deal. The design is unusually slim for a system with Atmos compatibility. The bar is just under 2 inches deep and should fit beneath most TV screens. The wireless subwoofer is also compact at roughly 14 x 14 x 5 inches. Total output is 460W, and you can connect to the soundbar via HDMI eARC, Bluetooth 5.3, or USB. There are also eight sound modes through the TCL Home app and an AI calibration capability. Although it’s worth mentioning that AI capabilities in most of these devices are inconsistent, to say the least, and that shouldn’t be the biggest selling point. Still, at $299.99, the A65K is a strong buy for anyone who wants a soundbar that sounds and looks noticeably better than what this price range usually offers. And the Bang & Olufsen branding surely sounds nice - pun intended. • And he paid Joe Rogan $30M for podcasts. Terrible company.
    • I sure hope the AI does not give out wrong info during education
