Well, I was hoping to get a few hundred... and then Garry of Garry's Mod posted it on his blog, and the submission rate jumped massively. Currently at 910, so why not finish at a nice round 1000? (Which, incidentally is the limit for saved submissions on my FormSpring package!). Trawling through any more responses than that to find good quotes to support my arguments in my dissertation will take longer than writing it otherwise.

Thank you everybody for all your responses - I have now reached my target of 1000 submissions, thanks entirely to the power of the Intarwebs! I expect it will take me a while to collate the results and get them written up in a presentable form (as I actually have to write the dissertation at some point as well!), so it may be a while before you see the results. Rest assured though, the results (and the dissertation) will be published for all to see.
