Arnold is in it :)

Voice talent and CGI facials...Well Ill admit something IS something so that may change my mind

Fine, you can be standing out in the cold why we're all inside the cinema watching the movie.

Thats OK by me. The thing is I wont be standing out in the cold. While you paided 5 bucks (or more) to be inside a cinema with other people, Ill pay nothing to watch the Blu-ray version on my PC in full quality and sound. Hope you enjoy buying your ticket, spending gas or energy walking, and not having the ability to pause the movie when you want to take a ****.

^ Tell me about it, they were scary in the first movies, these new Terminator's will make my soil myself :p

Yea it might not be a full blown Arnie but it certainly is better than nothing. As much as I loved him in the originals it doesn't make sense to keep reusing him, the guy's getting old, sooner or later you gotta pass the torch. I'm glad they brought him in to play a role as minor as it may be.

Now I think it's safe to assume you have a blu ray drive in your computer and you get your movies as gifts?? You certainly wouldn't be talking about bootlegging it!

Your reasons for not wanting to go are pretty sad, a ticket is under 10, big deal, gas is probably the same. Energy walking? C'mon seriously  and go to the bathroom before you go? I dunno about everyone else but I usually can't even eat anything let alone let my bowels run loose when I'm watching a good movie. Plus the main reason, is your blu ray release is probably at least 5 months away. The movie release is in less than 2 weeks. Your PC screen and speakers are complete **** compared to a theatre screen/speakers. Regardless how good your setup is or how big your HDTV is, nothing beats being in an actual theater as far as quality/sound is concerned.

Besides, look at this movie for what it is, it's a prequel. Everything that led up to the first 3 movies. Don't compare it to the originals, just go into it fresh, I think know you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Guys who is Arnold playing as?.. ??

He will be playing a prototype T-800 Model 101. It's likely we will see him near the end of the film. It's safe to assume he will be the "bad" Terminator from the first film. Judging by that jacked Terminator of fire I posted a page back, he probably get's his flesh burnt off.

McG tells our friends at Collider that the Terminator Salvation DVD will likely have 30 to 40 minutes of deleted scenes. We know about the now infamous Moon Bloodgood topless scene, and after the jump, we?ll talk about the alternative ending, but McG also says ?There are great long takes of Connor giving speeches, evoking Sarah Connor that we ultimately lifted because I didn?t want it to feel that he was dependent on the voice of his mother to find his leadership.?

Remember how McG said a few months back that the ending of the film would polarize fans? Well apparently that ending is no longer in the film.

McG revealed the details of that ending to io9. And while the film?s current ending is not even close to the one described, some might consider the following a spoiler, so you have been warned!

?We had a jet-black ending. Connor dies, we?re in a room with all the people we care about. You take Connor?s likeness, you put it on the living machine of Marcus. He sits up, now looking like Christian Bale, takes a gun, kills Kate, kills Kyle, kills Star, kills everybody, eyes flare red, [snaps] the end.?

Source[/b]es/"]Source

While I don't think it's a spoiler if it didn't happen, everyone got in a hissy fit when I mentioned it last time, so now you know, don't look unless you want to! However, I will say if that ending was in the film, I'd have to kill McG myself. I wouldn't mind seeing it as an extra. Plus 30+ min of deleted scenes!! wiiiiiiicked.

Yes, thats why Indiana Jones The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull sucked; Because they brought back a old actor.

Now I think it's safe to assume you have a blu ray drive in your computer and you get your movies as gifts?? You certainly wouldn't be talking about bootlegging it!

Exactly. I give movies to myself as gifts. And for free.

Your reasons for not wanting to go are pretty sad, a ticket is under 10, big deal, gas is probably the same. Energy walking? C'mon seriously

No seriously  I laugh you spend 10 for a ticket and 10 for gas (20) while I waste 0 bucks  Now Thats funny

I dunno about everyone else but I usually can't even eat anything let alone let my bowels run loose when I'm watching a good movie.

Thats you; When you really need to take a ****, you need to go.

Plus the main reason, is your blu ray release is probably at least 5 months away.

Blu-ray releases are now coming out before DVD versions. Obviously this is not your area so It is not your fault

Your PC screen and speakers are complete **** compared to a theatre screen/speakers. Regardless how good your setup is or how big your HDTV is, nothing beats being in an actual theater as far as quality/sound is concerned.

You obviously do not have a proper setup and/or have never seen a bluray movie.

Yes yes you win Rappy. Nice shots/vid. This movie is going to kick so much ass :D

Yes, thats why Indiana Jones The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull sucked; Because they brought back a old actor.

Naw, it was because Lucas and Spielberg couldn't make up their minds.

Exactly. I give movies to myself as gifts. And for free.

Do you feel special because you steal your movies?

No seriously  I laugh you spend 10 for a ticket and 10 for gas (20) while I waste 0 bucks  Now Thats funny

Yea, not having to spend 20 bucks is hilarious. Do you even have a job? 20 bucks is peanuts to me  Now thats funny!

Thats you; When you really need to take a ****, you need to go.

So go before? Not exactly a tough concept.

You obviously do not have a proper setup and/or have never seen a bluray movie.

I have a very good setup, but unless you bought theater speakers/projector your setup won't beat it. There's a reason why people still go to theaters, because it's a hell of a lot better then anything at home. But I will give you the comfortability factor. I'd much rather sit in the comfort of my own home but if you really want to enjoy the movie you gotta do it big. Besides a BluRay isn't some magical cut of the film, theatrical and BluRay come from the same source, you say it as if the BluRay version is something special.

You obviously have no intent to see it. So I won't waste my time trying to convince you. Although I find it funny you brag about your "elite" setup, yet complain about spending 20 bucks. Considering how cheap that comes off, I can't expect your setup to be very good.

Do you feel special because you steal your movies?

No. I feel special because I obviously do things smarter than you (spending 20 bucks, going to places that arent my home, etc)

Yea, not having to spend 20 bucks is hilarious. Do you even have a job? 20 bucks is peanuts to me  Now thats funny!

If its peanuts to you, donate to your local charity.

Or hell I have a better one for you since you been here since 2002: Become a subscriber. Hell if 20 is peanuts to you, 12 must be M&Ms rich boy

So go before? Not exactly a tough concept.

You have never had to suddenly go? Amazing....Maybe you are a model T and not human.

I have a very good setup, but unless you bought theater speakers/projector your setup won't beat it. There's a reason why people still go to theaters, because it's a hell of a lot better then anything at home.

That is a opinion. Not a fact.

Deleted scenes, extra content, etc.

Oh yeah and again dont forget about the pause button and being able to see the film whenever you want, not when the theaters say you have to go see it.

You obviously have no intent to see it. So I won't waste my time trying to convince you. Although I find it funny you brag about your "elite" setup, yet complain about spending 20 bucks. Considering how cheap that comes off, I can't expect your setup to be very good.

You arent going to convince be by your arguments. Even if you tell me it is film of the year. That is your opinion and I watch films because I like them. Like I said, if Arnold is not in this film, you must boycott it because it isnt the same thing. But hey do whatever you want. Since Arnold "appears" in the film, I MIGHT see it.

There is a difference between spending 10-20 bucks on a film you can only see one time, in a place which isnt yours, you can't smoke, you have to a specific time, you can't take a ****, you cant listen to in other languages than spending a one time thing on a a setup that works for games and movies and you can do all those things after spending a one time thing on a setup for absolutly free.

My deal sounds ALOT better.

    • Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, Flip 8, Z Fold Wide: Everything you need to know The ONLY thing I need to know is the price, which I know will be way higher than I (and most people) are willing to pay for a phone... so basically nothing here I need to know. PS: Nice job getting that Apple reference to a non-existent and unrevealed product as "competition" in there. Cheque is in the mail.
    • Well I really think the repasting helped if your higher clocks have returned, maybe the next thing to look at is if there is a problem with your case airflow? I guess this because your 3080 has returned to optimal state, but is still staying too warm, which might suggest it was thermal throttling before you repasted, of which the only logical conclusion could be outside factors.
    • Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, Flip 8, Z Fold Wide: Everything you need to know by Hamid Ganji Galaxy Z Fold 7 - Image via Samsung The next generation of Samsung foldables is set to be unveiled next month at the second Unpacked event of the year. Samsung’s 2026 foldables are not expected to offer significant upgrades over their predecessors, with the Korean firm instead focusing on design refinements and conventional upgrades such as faster processors and better cameras. However, Samsung is reportedly planning to unveil an all-new passport-style foldable this year to rival Apple’s first foldable iPhone, which is expected to debut this September. Here’s a roundup of everything we know about Samsung’s upcoming foldable devices ahead of their official debut. When can we expect Samsung’s new foldables? The Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 series were unveiled in July, and Samsung is expected to maintain this timeframe in 2026. Based on previous reports from Korean sources, Samsung will hold its Unpacked event on July 22 in London, UK, to pull back the curtain on the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series. The devices are also expected to hit the shelves a few weeks after launch. However, Samsung has yet to announce an official date. A new naming scheme? One of the most interesting changes we might see this year is a new naming scheme for Samsung’s latest foldables. SamMobile reported that since Samsung is expected to unveil three foldables this year, it has adopted a new naming strategy to simplify product identification for customers. Accordingly, the standard Galaxy Z Fold 8 will reportedly be called the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and will serve as the direct successor to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold 7. The “Ultra” suffix suggests the phone could feature higher-end specifications, such as additional rear camera modules. Samsung’s new passport-style foldable is expected to carry the Galaxy Z Fold 8 name without any suffix. This model is reportedly equipped with two rear cameras. No major changes are expected for the Flip model. Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and Z Flip 8 anticipated specs Rumors over the past few months suggest Samsung is preparing several upgrades for its upcoming foldables, although the devices may continue to rely on larger batteries and faster charging speeds rather than dramatic design changes. The primary focus this year is expected to be the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and its wide-screen design. Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra official CAD renders - Image via AndroidHeadlines Here are the anticipated specifications for the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra based on previous leaks: 6.5-inch outer display and 8-inch inner display, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2,600 nits peak brightness Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage 4.1mm thickness when unfolded and a weight of 210g 200MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide camera, 10MP or 12MP telephoto camera, 10MP cover camera, and 10MP selfie camera 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging Android 17 and One UI 9 As for the Galaxy Z Flip 8, the device is not expected to be a major departure from its predecessor, although it could become slightly slimmer. Expected specifications include: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or Exynos 2600 processor 12GB of RAM with 256GB and 512GB storage options 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X inner dispaly and 4.1-inch Super AMOLED outer dispaly 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and 10MP selfie camera 4,300mAh battery with 25W wired charging Android 17 and One UI 9 Samsung’s foldables are also expected to launch with Gemini Intelligence, Google’s AI suite for automating tasks in Android ecosystem. Moreover, given current memory and component costs, some Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and Z Flip 8 variants could see a price hike. Galaxy Z Fold 8 adopts a wide-screen design The centerpiece of the upcoming Unpacked event could be the Galaxy Z Fold 8, previously rumored as the Galaxy Z Fold Wide. This model adopts a passport-style form factor and is expected to compete directly with Apple’s iPhone Fold. Galaxy Z Fold 8 official CAD renders - Image via AndroidHeadlines Here’s what to expect: 7.6-inch primary OLED display and 5.4-inch cover display, 120Hz refresh rate, 2,600 nits peak brightness, and 4:3 aspect ratio Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, 12GB or 16GB of RAM, and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB storage options 4,800mAh battery with 45W wired charging 50MP main camera, 50MP ultrawide camera, and 10MP selfie camera Android 17 and One UI 9 The three new foldable phones are unlikely to be the only devices unveiled at Samsung’s Unpacked event. The company is also expected to introduce the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and the Galaxy Watch 9 series.
