[IPB]No root admin in forum

Hi all,

I accidentally removed all root admins and changed all to normal admins. Now nobody (admin) can edit any admin.

Please, i want to restore my profile to root admin!

do u have access to phpmyadmin

Go into Phpmyadmin then chose your IPB database

the go to Ipf_members and change go to user user ID and change the group to 4

Not that I know of, There are tools you can get that allows you to do this but I like this way

In order to do that, you'd need access to the SQL Toolbox in IPB's Admin CP. But in order to access the SQL Toolbox, you need to be root admin. Kind of a catch-22 there.

Can we edit the database from it? What query, for example, i have to run (what i have to type) to change an user with id = 1000 from group 5 to group 6?
