Manually Downloading ALL Windows Updates

Recommended Posts

The title says all.

----

I'll explain how to Download ALL Windows updates for each Microsoft OS (works with Windows 2000 and up)

Probably you know you can use Microsoft Download center to Download some updates, however you cannot Download the Updates which are "exclusive" in Windows Update (aka no manual Downloads), but, Microsoft has one thing' named "Microsoft Update Catalog", which will allow you to Download the updates that you can only() find in Windows Update.

And that is what we are going to use to Download the "exclusive Windows Updates".

Please note that the updates you can find at the Microsoft Download Center will not appear in this way, since they can be already manually downloaded.

----

Requirements:

Internet Explorer 6+ (NOT compatible with Firefox, Opera, etc)

Windows 2000+

----

Tested on Windows Vista with Internet Explorer 7.

----

1- Open your Internet Explorer and copy and use the following link:

If the link doesn't work, simply use only this:

it should detect automatically your system.

----

2- Now just write what you want to find (eg: Windows Vista), and it will show you all Updates available for Windows (including Hotfixes, Security Updates, Drivers, etc)

----

3- After the catalog show you the results simply click on ADD on the right, basically this is like shopping, you put what you want in the basket and then you get all at the same time (no need to pay here).

4- After you ADD all that you need, just click on the basket, there you go, you have all the updates that you choose ready to Download, just Click on the Download button

and a new window will appear, which will allow you to Download the files to a folder at your choice in your computer (Browse).

That's all.

mm, why are they still using the test url? I thought it went out of beta a while ago.

You can use without the "test." in the url, it's just because i'm using it since it was in test. :p

But there's no differences between the url with and without the "test.".

    • Marshall Major V Bluetooth headphones are now up to 47% off on Amazon by Ivan Jenic The Marshall Major V in Midnight Blue is currently $89.99 on Amazon, down from $169.99. That's 47% off and $80 saved on a pair of wireless on-ear headphones from one of the most recognizable names in audio. The Major V is Marshall's take on a long-lasting everyday headphone. The headphones deliver 100+ hours of wireless playtime, which puts them in a completely different category from most Bluetooth headphones that hover around 30-40 hours. You’re charging this thing once a week at most, and with wireless charging supported, you don’t have to worry about additional cables. Marshall promises its signature sound profile, with strong bass, smooth mids, and clear highs. There’s a customizable M-button, which you can set to quickly access Spotify Tap, your EQ settings, or a voice assistant. The design is foldable and lightweight at 186 grams, so it’s easy to pack for travel. And finally, the faux leather finish gives the Major V a sleek, premium look. At $89.99, the Major V Midnight Blue is a genuinely strong buy for anyone who wants a reliable daily headphone without paying premium prices. It’s also worth mentioning that the Cream and Brown variants are also discounted to $89.99, though from a lower original price of $99.99.
