Customize Opera so all the white turns to black

how can i customize opera to turn a white page to black?

Opera includes this out of the box.

View -> Style -> High Contrast (W/B).

Of course, you also can make your own user.css if you wanted to but if all you want is to switch a white page to black, then the High Contrast (W/B) style is all you need.
