How can I rip embedded flv video?

Hey I was wondering if anyone new a way or was able to themselves rip a video file from a site. The one I would like in particular is here. There is a short ad before the actual video I want and I have no idea about getting the video.

I use Zamzar all the time for this. It does take a bit, so if you need it *right now* then it may not fit your needs. Otherwise its really simple and hasslefree.

You don't even need a converter if you are the only one watching it because you can download flv players.
