Lost top panel

I just installed Shift today and was customizing the top panel and it disappeared! I can't find a way to bring it back. Help Please :|

Right click on a panel thats already there (maybe the bottom one) and click on "Add New Panel".

Thanks, but I found it. Actually, I tried that.

I went to the bottom panel and added Xfce Menu then found Panel Manager. I had clicked (i guess) where the position is, so none was selected. :blush:
