Gnome and KDE Look

I wasnt sure where to put this but since its nix theme related i figured here.

Does anyone know what happened to kde and gnome look. I cant get on any of the two and i tried a few comptuters and they all say the same thing.

I think that it has to do with those internet cables being cut in the Middle-East........

Gnome-Look seems to be up and running now.
