Weird additions in Context menu

I get these words in my Firefox 2 context menu. I have Tab Mix Plus installed and I can't find how to delete them, the words never change :s If I make a spelling error then it will suggest the correct word under those other words that never go away.

Can anyone help?

Above shows when I make a mistake (in this case erroe instead of error)

Sometimes my menu shows a black bar as if it doesn't render properly as well.. Mostly at the top.
