Cadium
Bumping? Thread "bumping" means reviving a thread that has been dormant for a certain period of time (for instance, 2 months). As far as the original thread is concerned, this would appear to be an issue with Windows object allocation (also known as a "GDI" limit) which imposes a limit on how many objects can be created at any given time per process, the value was increased in Windows Vista SP1 however it is still possible to exceed this limit when using a (ridiculous) amount of objects. You will get the same effect by opening 40 Internet Explorer windows with 50 tabs each displaying various websites while having other applications open such as Microsoft Excel, Paint, Adobe Photoshop, etc. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/618947-possible-ie-bug-need-volunteers-to-test/page/2/#findComment-589532894 Share on other sites
