Any program(s) similar to NetStumbler?

Are there any alternatives to NetStumbler? NetStumbler doesn't appear to support my D-Link AirPlus G DWL-510 (PCI card).

I'm too lazy too look up what chip that uses, but sometimes D-Link uses Atheros. I can't check exactly what it is now, but there should be a menu with sources. Change it to the second one, I believe it's something like Ndis 5....... You should lose your connection if you change the source, so if it works, make sure to change it back.

What driver are you using for the card? For netstumbler to work you need to be using NDIS 5.1 driver

Just the "08-02-2007" Windows Vista drivers from here :s

Try VistaStumbler if you're running Vista

Pretty fancy use of autoIT.. it just uses the output of netsh.. pretty slick ;)

Here's a easy way to get the NetSH to show up in cmd prompt and list the SSID's and Access Points. Tested on Vista.

1. Right click desktop > choose NEW > create shortcut

2. Enter this command: cmd.exe /k netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid

3. click Finish to save it.

4. double click shortcut to get your info.
