HIJACKTHIS! Not wanting to get many posts started

I have used hijackthis for years and going to the website and uploading the .txt file but now since I am on vista I know that much less about what each thing was I felt comfortable with XP going into the registry and editing myself but now with vista I feel lost and overwhelmed...

I am mostly looking for direction to other forumns that actually specialize in the hijackthis and registry editing but I am posting my .txt here and while people are giving me sites to look into maybe someone can give me a quick rundown on what this is saying, or if you see things that should not be there please let me know that too..
