I need to change Alt+Tab to Ctrl+Tab

Since I swapped the left Ctrl and Alt keys because it's more comfortable for me that way, the only problem I have is that now I have to press the Ctrl key instead of Alt to switch programs. So I need to find a way to assign the Alt+Tab shortcut to Ctrl+Tab, so that with the keys swapped, I can still use the Alt key (which now sends a Ctrl keystroke). I hope I'm not confusing.
