How do you reinstall Safari?

Once I had a blue screen when asking my Vista to "sleep". It has Safari opened.

After restarting, Safari has been giving me this error message: "Safari cannot open a browser window and may be missing important resources. Try installing Safari again."

I've tried uininstall, reinstalling, run as administrator, turning on the UAC, etc (from Google search) none works!

It's silly!

Eh, never mind now that Safari v3.1 has gone final! It works again by simply uninstall and reinstall! Good work, Apple!
