Win 2K SP4 and TCPIP.SYS patch for connection limit?

I've seen the patches one can apply for Win Xp SP2 PRO and VISTA for the tcpip.sys half open connection limit.

Does Win 2K Pro SP4 have a patched tcpip.sys half open connection limit fix so that it can be removed

or is this OS so old that there never was a fix or a limit problem? If there is one, where can I get it?

I don't think there is one, as I'm pretty sure it this limit has been placed on Windows since SP2 (so Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista) - so there's no need for the patch. Windows XP before SP2 didn't have the limits in place, as well as previous versions of Windows.
