Guess who's baaack! :D

I'm taking a break from XP-style icons, so here's the dvdXcopy png someone requested.

dvdXcopy:

http://www.freestructure.net/cacophobia/do...SX/dvdXcopy.png

this is not from scratch, isn't it? do you have a permission ? or is it free ? sorry m8,i just dont want ANOTHER closed thread

It was by compositing various icons from the osx system. I dont have permission from apple, but i dont think i need it for that icon.

To answer your question, i did not extract that icon from a program, but rather combined the osx originals

how about for an older game called Sacrifice?  anyone have a png of that laying around?

if not, i found one icon for Splinter Cell but don't quite like it, maybe you can conjure up a good one of those?

i've made 2 sacrifice icons.

first one is good if you want to use it on desktop (32x) and second one for dock.i'm posting 2 versions of second icon, choose that one you like more.

(there are also 2 sacrifice icons in request png thread, made by twist)

OMG, that's perfect!! that splinter cell is absolutely great!

those sacrifice icons, (i'm using Dock) what's the difference b/w the two versions you have listed? i can't tell on my work computer... no dock installed here lol

can you see the difference NOW?

i'll ask Tim where's that Unreal2 picture in help file

post-42-1044427491.png

i saw the difference as soon as i put it on my dock, lol

i use a lighter background, so decided to use the one with the outline, it gives it more definition IMHO.

i'm sorry i couldn't find that help file you were talking about :( i must be an idiot

yeah, that's why i've made 2 versions, one for light and one for dark backround.

no problem about the unreal2 picture, tim will send me and i'll make an icon for ya:)

OK Dominik, this is no cut and paste! (You probibly wont be able to do it lol!) How about a Internet Explorer 5 PNG for my set? I'd realy like one. :)

do you think all my work is only cut and paste?lol

i'll see what i can do with IE5 icon... shouldn't be very difficult

    • Can confirm, I've built stuff for others and no complaints using their products.
    • Yes I agree, it's annoying. You can now miss tabs unless you point low enough.
